The depth of a national organization & the personal touch of a local business
Final Frontiers is a technology management company for small to mid-size businesses in Calgary and its surrounding areas. We have been providing outsourced IT support for over 13 years, and have a satisfied client base in industries such as Oil and Gas, Accounting, and service oriented businesses.
Our point of difference to other IT firms is that we provide our clients with a higher level of strategic understanding of their business goals and processes. In today’s technology environment, speed of innovation and the associated complexities make it difficult for businesses to manage their IT infrastructure; especially without a Chief Technology Officer as part of their management staff. Our specialty is to fill that role as a “Virtual CTO,” providing our clients with the benefits of a high-level manager who is dedicated not only to maintaining the IT network, but also responsible for long-range planning and implementation. That means that your business will never be behind the curve. It will always be able to take advantage of new technologies in a wise and cost effective manner.
Final Frontiers is also a member of IATI, the International Association of Technology Integrators. Through this association, we participate in development and implementation of new technologies and processes that are beneficial to our clients. Two of the most recent advances are the introduction of Fliite – a new technology system based on Local Cloud Computing, and iT2.0, a game-changing approach to IT support agreements.
By combining our established local presence with our association with IATI, we offer our clients the power of a national organization combined with the personal touch of a local one. The best of both worlds.
More about our name and culture:
We are often asked how we developed our company name. It’s comes from a previous business that specialized in offering unique wilderness experiences that were designed to aid companies in achieving breakthrough performance. The concept of breaking through that “Final Frontier” has accompanied us over the last 13 years since we launched this new venture. Technology and business are constantly seeking to improve and attain better results. But it must be done wisely and with strong leadership.
